The room we had was modern and enjoyable with a spacious King size bed, complete with a nice shower and fridge. The location was great, conveniently located near Shreveport and Bossier City. It's a perfect spot in the Shreve-Bossier area.

The room here is modern and beautifully decorated with lovely feather pillows, while the location is fantastic, close to the Boardwalk shopping center, and the staff are very attentive and always ready to assist.

we had a blast at horseshoe bossier casino & hotel! beautiful hotel grounds, great bartenders, and good music at the day club pool. 8 oz burger bazaar was a great spot for breakfast or lunch. quick and easy check-in and check-out. everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, and the place was nice and clean. the woman at registration was amazing, friendly, and very professional.

The hotel is lovely, welcoming, and has lively employees with excellent service. The breakfast was free and awesome, offering a lot of food. The location is easy and wonderful, adjacent to restaurants, shopping centers, other casinos, and an outdoor mall with restaurants.

The decoration in the lobby was charming and had such lovely floral arrangements. It was a delight to stroll through the hotel's accessible areas, like the casino and dining spots. As a senior, I appreciated the easy accessibility, making it effortless to navigate with my walking stick. The staff, young as they were, were always eager to assist and accommodate our needs, which made the stay even more delightful.

Just a tad more seating in the casino areas would have made for a better vacation for senior folks.

The venue was clean and conveniently located next to the dressing area. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The separate bathroom was amazing. The location is just a short distance from the hill, casinos, and Bossier City, LA.

Had relaxing 2 nights in this hotel that's why I enjoyed that. The rooms were amazingly comfortable and absolutely perfect with a beautiful large bathroom, you feel like home. I had great breakfasts with ice cream and desserts, as for instance.

The room had a modern vibe and was really comfy. Loved the nice views of the area from there. Plus, we were happy to find coffee, a cozy seating area, and a couch to chill on. ☕

Had a great time at the Horseshoe. Loved the elegant wine bar, customizable burgers, exciting Three Card Poker, and tasty Far East flavors at Jasmine's Noodle Bar. The restaurant's prime steaks were a highlight. The nightclub was entertaining too.

AC in the room was so effective that I felt like I was in Antarctica.
